Mind in Movement

Mind in Movement is the dance collective founded by Sophie Tukker and Carmine Vigliotti. Driven by a shared fascination with movement, transformation and human connection, they create choreographic work at the intersection of contemporary dance and physical storytelling.

Since its founding in 2022, the collective has presented work at various international festivals and residencies, including programmes with Conny Janssen Danst and the Research Contemporary Project in Naples. Their creations have received several awards, including first prize at the Dutch Choreography Competition (Dance in Art) and first prize at Italy’s Voci dell’Anima Festival. Through Mind in Movement, Tukker and Vigliotti explore how movement can serve as a universal language that connects people, stories and perspectives.
