Mascha Dammers

Mascha is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a passion for art and culture. She has worked across various disciplines within the sector – from visual arts and heritage to theatre and now dance. At organizations such as The National Maritime Museum, Amsterdam Art, and the Museum of Bags and Purses, she developed strong marketing and PR campaigns, as well as positioning and branding strategies. As a senior project leader at Cultuurcompagnie, Mascha focused on audience programming, including at the forts of the Defence Line of Amsterdam, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Currently, as Head of Marketing and a member of the management team at ISH, she is enthusiastically leading the visibility and audience engagement for all ISH pillars. Her background in Arts and Culture Studies forms the foundation for her strategic and creative approach within the sector.
