Lucinda Wessels

Lucinda Wessels (1990) is a versatile artist who constantly renews herself and explores boundaries within the dance and art world. Her distinctive dance language and strong stage presence leave a lasting impression. She has appeared as a performing dancer in productions by the Dutch National Ballet, ISH, Nicole Beutler Projects and The Ruggeds, among others. As a maker, Lucinda brings different disciplines together, which resulted in short films (Cinedans), a location performance (Oerol, Over het IJ), a visual dance performance (ISH Open Nights) and a VR experiment (ICK). She is also a guest lecturer at the Amsterdam School of the Arts and choreographed at Creative College, Rijn IJssel and Lucia Marthas.
