Loraine Pengel

Loraine Pengel is a born entertainer with dance running through her veins. She did the 14 years of preliminary training at Lucia Marthas. In 2004, through an education programme, she came into contact with ISH Dance Collective where she continued as a dancer. At ISH, she learned to broaden her horizons by further developing within the hip-hop styles in addition to her classical dance background. After several theatre tours and residencies at home and abroad, she focused more on motherhood and other areas within the field. Thus, she worked at ISH as a workshop teacher, company manager, personal assistant and director's assistant and stylist. 20 years later, she is back at ISH full-time. Since 2023, she has been running the ISH Academy where she directs teachers and passes on the ISH Way of Life through them. Her goal is to show everyone how talented they are and help them get to their next level. Whatever their skills are!
