Clara Köpf is an up-and-coming circus artist specializing in Chinese pole. She grew up in Germany, with mixed German and Persian ancestry. Clara's circus journey began after she insured her back with gymnastics. Unable to continue, she had far too much energy at home, much to her parents' dismay. So she joined the local youth circus Circus Compostelli, where she discovered her love of circus arts. Clara is afraid of heights, so it may seem strange that she chose to hang from a 6-meter high pole, but she loves to challenge herself and face her fears. At the age of 19, she decided to follow her passion professionally and spent 4 years at the circus university Codarts Circus Arts in Rotterdam, where she specialized in Chinese pole, in addition to developing skills in hand balancing and acrobatics.
