Young ISH

What is Young ISH?

At Young ISH, you train with a group of like-minded people on Saturdays and work towards a performance.

You will receive training from professionals who will work with you to work on your skills and grow as a performer. You will learn to develop a new language with your body, but also to create your own style. Taking part in Young ISH is an opportunity to broaden your horizons.

Path

There is a trajectory for Young ISH:

• Young ISH: 14 years and older

Are you ready for the next step and want to join Young ISH? There will be new editions again in December 2025. The application form will go back online in November. Keep an eye on our socials and newsletter for more information.

Practical information upcoming trajectory

• Age: 14+
• Duration: 12 weeks.
• Training start date: Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 10:00-14:30 (age 14+) at Podium Lely (train every week).
• Classes: more information coming soon
• Performance: more information coming soon
• Cost of participation: € 120,- for 12 weeks / Discount with Stadspas and sport and culture fund. *

* We have payment arrangements. Through the support of the ELJA Fondation, a scholarship is available for those who cannot afford it.

Location

Classes take place in the makers’ studio of Het Talentenhuis, Meer en Vaart 290, 1068 LE Amsterdam. The location is a 3-minute walk from Osdorpplein Oost en tram stop and is easily accessible by bike, car, or public transport.
