Rollerdisco
On May 16 during the anniversary celebration, we will host a free roller disco! Put on your skates (or borrow them on site) and spin your moves on the floor. Inspired by Marco Gerris' skateroots - from the Vondelpark to Dutch Freestyle Skating champion - this promises to be a party. Will you be there?
For Marco Gerris, it all started with skating. In the late 1990s, he moved from Antwerp to Amsterdam. Marco could often be found in the Vondelpark on his inline skates and here he made friends for life. He was also elected Dutch Freestyle Skating Champion. A roller disco should therefore not be missing during this festive weekend. There are roller skates available and who knows, you might learn some cool tricks from the master himself and of course other ISH-ers!
